These terms and conditions apply to the BeMainStar app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Measify (hereby referred to as "Service Provider", "we" or "us") as a Freemium service.

Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. Please read them before using the Application. If you do not agree, do not use it. The Application is for people aged 13 and over.

Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider. You keep the rights you have in your own clips and photos. You give us permission to process them only to make your video.

• The Application uses Stars to pay for videos. 1 Star equals 1 second of finished video.
• Plan Stars come with a subscription. They reset at the start of each period and do not roll over. Unused plan Stars are lost when the period ends.
• Pack Stars are bought as one-time packs and never expire.
• Plan Stars are used first, then pack Stars.
• If a video fails, the Stars you spent on it come back to you automatically.
• Stars have no cash value. They cannot be sold, gifted, exchanged or paid out.
• Pack Stars and your Star balance belong to your anonymous account on one device. They do not move to a new phone or after a reinstall. Subscriptions can be restored with "Restore purchases", and your plan Stars for the current period are given back once when you do.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
• You pay through the App Store or Google Play. They charge your account and handle refunds under their own rules. Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the Application does not cancel it.
• Prices are shown in the Application before you buy. We may change prices and plans for future periods.

You agree that you will:

• use only your own face, or the face of a person who has given you permission;
• not use the face of a child under 18 unless a parent or guardian has given permission;
• not make sexual or nude content, graphic violence, hate content or content that promotes self-harm;
• not impersonate another person or use a video to deceive, harass or defraud anyone;
• not present a video made with the Application as real footage of an event that did not happen;
• not misuse, reverse engineer or overload the Application or our servers, or try to get free Stars.

We may block clips and photos that break these rules. A blocked video does not cost you Stars. You can report any video from the Application, and we review every report.

If you see a video that breaks these rules, use "Report video" in the Application or email us at team@measify.com. We review reports and may remove access for accounts that break the rules.

The Application stores and processes personal data that you have provided to the Service Provider in order to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, which involves removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. Such actions could expose your phone to malware, viruses, malicious programs, compromise your phone's security features, and may result in the Application not functioning correctly or at all.

The Application and its videos are made by AI and are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". Results can look wrong, differ from what you expected, or fail. We do not promise that a video will look a certain way, that the Application will always be available, or that it will be free of errors.

Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection, which can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of access to Wi-Fi or if you have exhausted your data allowance. If you are using the Application outside of a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider's agreement terms still apply, and you accept responsibility for any data or roaming charges. If you are not the bill payer for the device, we assume that you have obtained permission from the bill payer.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your device remains charged. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that you experience from using the Application, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. You are responsible for what you create and share with the Application.

The Service Provider may update the Application. You may need to download updates to keep using it. The Service Provider does not guarantee that it will always update the Application so that it is compatible with the operating system version installed on your device. We may change, pause or stop the Application at any time.

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. You can stop using the Application at any time. When access ends, the licence granted to you in these terms ends, you must stop using the Application, and (if necessary) delete it from your device. Pack Stars and plan Stars have no cash value and are lost when access ends for breaking these terms.

The Service Provider may periodically update their Terms and Conditions. Therefore, you are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.

These terms and conditions are effective as of 3 October 2026.
