Delete your BeMainStar account
BeMainStar by Measify
In the app
- Open BeMainStar and go to the Profile tab.
- Under Your data, tap Delete account.
- Tap Delete my account, then Delete to confirm.
You need an internet connection. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it first in the App Store or Google Play, or you will keep being charged.
What is deleted
- Your anonymous account.
- Your selfie, your cast photos and the videos on your phone.
- Your Stars, plan and pack. This can't be undone.
What is kept, and for how long
- Video job records (status and a link only, never your photos or clips) expire within 7 days.
- Reports you sent are kept for up to 12 months so we can finish reviewing them.
- Purchase records are kept by the App Store or Google Play and by our purchase partner Adapty, under their own rules.
- Analytics and crash logs are not linked to your name and expire under Firebase's retention settings.
Can't open the app?
Email team@measify.com with the subject "Delete my BeMainStar account". Include your Support ID if you have it (it is in the Profile tab). We delete your account data within 30 days and confirm by email.
